Studying the Gospel of Mark!
Perhaps you're a long time Christian, a new believer in Jesus, or maybe not even a believer at all? In this series, you will be blessed no matter which category you fall into! There is nothing like digging into the teachings of Jesus more deeply and understanding Him and His truth more fully every time you do! There's nothing sweeter! Perhaps some of you have wondered who Jesus really is or what He actually taught? There's nothing like the gospels to bring out those lessons for us! Perhaps some of us have read over parts of the gospels and been puzzled by a word or experience of Jesus here or there? Whatever the case, you will be blessed and benefited greatly in pondering the life and teachings of Jesus as presented in this series through the book of Mark.
The Gospel of Mark
Mark is the shortest of all four gospels (just 16 chapters) and it was also likely the earliest of them to be written (estimated between A.D. 55-65). The language style of Mark is quick and to the point, but also very effective. May you be richly blessed as you study this lesson series through the gospel of Mark!
Note: This particular series was recorded before an ESL audience in South Korea. So, you will likely come across some references to the culture and language needs of the immediate audience. However, I trust you will find the overall materials suitable for any English audience! Be Blessed!
